Device Purpose: This machine is used for the shaping, activation,sterilization and mildew prevention of shoe uppers or soles.This machine is suitable for applying glue to the upper and the outsole after the shoe is lasted, drying and activating the glue, and then proceeding with the sole attaching process.lt is the preferred model for lean production and is also suitable for the development work in the sample room.lt uses near-infrared lamps for irradiation. The light waves penetrate the shoe upper and the glue layer of the outsole,achieving rapid drying and activation. The upper layer is equipped with a Teflon tray, and the lower layer is equipped with an adjustable last frame, enabling the shoe upper and the sole to be aligned in layers for drying and activation,thus achieving the best fitting effect.
