Principle: Place the paper flat on the tray of the centrifuge where the shoes are placed.Secure the sample shoes firmly in the tray. Then, add a certain depth of water into the shoes.Finally, start the machine. The tray will rotate on the centrifuge with a vertical axis, accelerating from a slow speed to a medium speed and then to a high speed.In this way, the water inside the shoes will exert a certain pressure on the inside of the shoes. This pressure is much greater than the pressure exerted by the external water on the upper material when the human foot is normally wearing and moving, and it is even much greater than the pressure generated by some traditional tests such as "soaking in a basin".The detection time is generally 30-60 minutes. After the waterproof test is completed, open the centrifuge and take out the sample. lf the shoes leakwater, the paper placed on the tray will get wet. At the same time, obvious water droplets will appear on the trans parent acrylic around the centrifuge. Finally,pour out the water in the shoes, dry the shoes with a dryer, and then dissect the sample shoes to find the cause of the water leakage and make improvements
